PAYMENT:

We accept all major credit card and PayPal.

 

SHIPPING:

We usually offer standard international airmail. It may make about 5 to 35 Working days for delivery. If you have any question or any special request, do please contact us, we will reply in 24 hours.

  1. WORLDWIDE SHIPPING. (Except some countries and APO/FPO)
  2. Orders processed timely after payment verification.
  3. We only ship to confirmed order addressed. Your order address NUST MATCH your shipping address.
  4. The images are taken from real item, but may have something like color difference for the light and different batch, especially some model showed are not the actual item and are for your reference only.
  5. SERVICE TRANSIT TIME is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and holidays. Transit times may vary, particularly during the holiday season.
  6. If you have not received your shipment within 35 working days from payment, please contact us. We will track the shipment and get back to you as soon as possible with a reply. Our goal is to let you satisfy!

 

RETURN POLICY:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase on the Services. If for any reason you are unhappy, please contact Labevie support at support@labevie.com.

You may return all products within 14 days for a replacement or money back after you received your items.    Please contact us at support@labevie.com before you return it.

We aim to process all requests within 72 hours upon receiving. Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment used to purchase the order. Should you have any questions about the status of your refund, your return or your account, please feel free to contact Labevie support at support@labevie.com.

If a Labevie promotional credit is applied to an order and that order is refunded for any reason, any promotional credit used in that order will not be refunded.

Labevie cannot refund, reimburse, cover, or otherwise be responsible for any fees not paid to Labevie. This includes any customs taxes or VAT as well as any return shipping costs you may incur in the refund process.
